At Eye Am Makeup & Body, each product is thoughtfully handmade in small batches with care. Because our products are personal-care and bath products, we have specific return guidelines to protect the health and safety of our customers.

Returns

We gladly accept returns of unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and unopened.
The product must be in its original packaging.
The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase may be required.

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, opened, used, or partially used bath and body products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once we review your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Because our products are handmade and are personal-care items, we do not offer exchanges for opened or used products.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Final Sale Items

Certain items may be designated as final sale and will not be eligible for return or refund. Any applicable final-sale terms will be clearly stated on the product listing.

Allergies & Product Sensitivities

Our products are made with various botanical ingredients, herbs, salts, oils, butters, essential oils, and other natural ingredients.

Please review the full ingredient list before purchasing and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using a product.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds based solely on an individual sensitivity or allergic reaction when the product was correctly made, packaged, and shipped as described.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because our products may be handmade and prepared specifically for your order, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
